I'm a total beginner looking to assemble a passable bird photo setup over time.
My question is, whether it's better to start off with a better lens and upgrade the body, or the other way round.
My options are:
Buy a bigger telephoto lens and the cheapest entry level DSLR body. Upgrade to a better body later.
E.g a Sigma 150-600 and a D2000.
or
Buy a decent body with a budget zoom lens. Buy a proper telephoto lens later.
E.g. an R10 with a 50-250 STM lens.
The options cost about the same for me.
