Normal humans don't look at peoples feet so I'd personally keep them low in the frame. Cropping so the tree is looming over her screws her face towards center frame and also adds to "story" of the image... By that I mean "she is standing in front of a tree looking pretty." Crop on the tree and her. Not the ground. It isn't part of the "story."
