>>3917476I used Vegas Pro from around 2007 to early 2020, when I started a job that specifically required me to use Premiere. Switching immediately solved every recurring problem I had with Vegas and I've had zero regrets with no noticeable disadvantages. Most of the upgrades were just conveniences, but a giant pile of conveniences can really help you out. Vegas was always sufficient for whatever I needed through my college years, my commercial work, and a few short films, so it's probably just fine for you. I made a lot of good stuff in there and accidentally opening it takes me back to being a struggling kid with a used Acer and pirated B-list software.
