Hire a HMUA. no exceptions. i cannot stress this enough for anyone shooting glamour 'I'll do my own makeup' is not an acceptable answer unless they are professionally trained.
focus on the face and chest
never shoot full length shots unless partially obstructed by a prop of some sort
hide the stomach/ass/legs with materials or posing in reclined positions
shallow depth of field
goes for most shoots if i'm honest, whether they're slim or not
