I usually either dress in a ghillie suit (like on this picture), or set up an observation tent (depending on type of animal and how do I want to shoot it).
Standard hunting tips apply: set up downwind, wash yourself with scentless soap, use scentless antiperspirant, wash teeth with baking soda (as opposed to a toothpaste), wash the clothes in scentless detergent.
