Some people enjoy them and others don't they can decide for themselves whether it is art or not, just as you have done for yourself.Some of his pictures are good, he got lucky at times. Doesn't make them art. Many of his pics get circlejerked to oblivion without much going for them objectively. This one has a lot of energy going for it, for example. Still doesn't make it art.
