visual media isn't always words. and yes language is still 100% both contextual and subjective. picrel; not sad or flat.
when you say English, (apparently all) you think is "a specific language". but when someone else hears it they might wonder; which English? brittish, american, scottish, spanglish, irish, canadian, etc...? they might wonder what english is to you? is it your native language? is it a "normal" language? is it a laguage with history? is it a language of evil? is it difficult? is it even english? they might even get phonetics confused based on context? "eso si que es/S O C K S"; if all I gave you was phonetics, am I coming to acceptance or spelling a footwear cloth? and the was they arrive at their answers to these questions will be different than the was you would arrive at your answers to the same questions. every single thing in this universe means something different to someone else.
