If you possessed an ounce of visual literacy, you'd put together from the multiple shadows and incredibly flat lighting across both the chair and the foreground that it's outdoor tungsten lighting (from a strip of condominiums behind my vantage point) from multiple angles.
If you don't understand the significant of "multiple angles", buy a ringflash.
