People who never had the discipline to learn to paint so they take black and white pictures of crackheads and call it "art".
I'm sure these people don't look through their photo books and smile at all the blurry photos of random city dwellers they took in the most obnoxious fashion. They just do it for the amusement of annoying people (fair and noble cause) and to label themselves as "artists" while really creating nothing of value and having no real skills.
No offense to other photographers, just this specific kind
