One year ago I wanted into /p/, so I dug up my father's SLR and used that. Film is expensive, but I'm an awfully busy guy and in a year I shot only like 6 rolls, so developing and printing costs weren't really that much of an expense. Recently however, I started suspecting my lab is ruining my shots since often exposure and contrast are all over the place: I was suggested to dev myself and get a scanner; that would cost me from 300 to 500 euro. Now, my current gear is constituted by a 35mm SLR, a 50mm 1.4, and two zoom, a 28-85mm, and a 75-200mm. If I were to sell all my stuff I estimate I'd make around 150~200€. My question is: if I sold my film gear, and I added on top the budget of a film scanner, would I be able to recreate a digital setup of similar quality (i.e. having a camera of equivalent quality output, and having the focal lenghts from 28 to 200mm in zoom covered, plus a nifty fifty)?
tl;dr I'm a fag, what's the best gear (camera+lenses) I can get for 450~700€?
