it's very easy to find similar decent options. Personally I particularly enjoy using a 21mm voightlander because its very slightly wider than 35mm on crop as well as how standard 50's sit at a nice 75mm or 28mm sitting perfectly at 42.5mm
obviously the numbers can be odd but its very easy to find really fantastic alternatives that sit at very pleasing fields of view
Personally I feel that on sony bodies it's more annoying to use adapted lenses because you have to look at the screen/through the finder to set anything which makes it annoying when you want to zone focus
