Even so, simple single element meniscus box brownies will take very sharp photos if you use correct technique. Pic related.
620 film is just 120 on a slightly smaller spool. You will need to use a correct metal spool as your takeup, so the winding knob engages properly, however you can simply use a file or a bench sander or something to take some width off the plastic 120 spool at either end, and take the excess diameter off as well so it's almost level with the paper. Once it fits in the camera, you're good to go.
Use the red window on the back to wind to each frame, but keep it out of direct sun and then tape it over between shots.
