Reminder that you can not succeed as a street photographer in todays white west.
The western world used to be well controlled by a patriarchal and religious system that adhered to morals, manners, honor, dignity, and decency which gave it a thematically consistent appearance that was conducive to artistic photographs
Today's world is about freedom to the point that some european countries have legalized bestiality if the animal enjoys it, and the US is allowing trans propaganda in elementary schools, and you can no longer take an aesthetic street photo. The excess of freedom has created an ugly earth, an aesthetic vomit pile, littered with fat chunks of shit staring at their glass rectangles as they walk between buildings built to compliment a beautiful city and ugly behemoths meant to "subvert" and "critically deconstruct" "colonial white male aesthetics" ("and that's a good thing"). There is nothing left to photograph but ugliness, so street photography will never be great again, outside of places like china and japan that are still controlled by men and their dogma. Perhaps you could take some nice photos on a campus controlled by elon musk, but never where people are free, because 50% of people are below average and should never have been given freedom to shit the world up as they please. You can find some cohesion in black america too - because blacks are patriarchal and religious, so predominantly black areas have some consistency and order to them that white areas do not. Blacks still feel true pride and true shame. They're good to photograph.
You have nothing to do, and are to do nothing, but document the ugliness around you, and pretend "and that's a good thing". Have fun.
>Thought you could escape it by doing portraits? Just wait until the fat ugly shits and non-passing 43rd gender trannies want a session, and you realize what will happen if you say no or say yes and don't publish it - you're bigoted against muh heckin big boned hoarmones!
