If you upgrade bodies in the future, you could get one of the flagship bodies, and you've got glass for it already. Fuji makes great bodies that get excellent reviews, and the APS-C sensor offers good image quality.
You get the Olympus, the best you're ever going to get is a body with a gimped sensor, and you're stuck in MFT hell until you sell your gear and rebuy new lenses and everything. Body upgrades won't change that fundamental flaw.
