>>3911964 but that shot at ISO 1000 looks fine. Digital noise may not look AS 'cozy' as film noise (subjective?), but so many people are obsessed with noise free images. Particularly with street and 'club' photography, I feel that a good atmosphere, subject and composition will make people not notice the noise.
I think ADDING noise in post to simulate and old fashioned effect is a bit lame, but working with a slightly noiser image? Again, all subjective, but I can find many 'noisy' images that are still great despite their lack of clarity.
