I'm not talking about the miore on the street sign, even though it looks like the same kind of "dusty" artefact that plagues the entire shot. The center of the shot has these "thicker" lines drawn and the bottom and corners have narrower ones. The shape is not interrupted by any objects or distance to object.
This is a 5 minute exposure, so it just has to be something hardware related; I can't fathom how it isn't.
