>>4181228It's just the reality of your equipment. f/9 is actually f/18. The iris is very, very small so you get sunstars and more diffraction. Diffraction on that camera increases steadily from f5.6.
Underexposing would help preserve totally burn out highlights and let you recover some veiled details, but not eliminate the optical effect. You can focus stack at a wider aperture but that's it.
