Two years ago I was on a second story fire escape shooting with a model on the room. The fire escape collapsed under me, and I got borked pretty good.
I went down, hit the pavement, then the iron filled counterweight for the fire escaped jumped it's pulley and came down on me.
I got a compound skull fracture running across my entire head (the length of a hand) and spent a week in neurosurgery.
I landed ON my E-M5. It survived it literally with just some scratches and the rubber grip scuffed up.
The image quality it produces may or may not be great, but DAMN. I have broken more expensive cameras doing less.
