Some of the pictures felt slightly entitled, in the sense that he was there all comfy and healthy photographing parents who had just lost their children fleeing genocide. However, the importance of seeing that this form of human suffering is incredibly moving and important to understanding human nature in general. It goes to show how as a species, we have hardly evolved in the basic sense. Made me think of how lucky we are to be born into developed countries.
