Looking at the top row the R6ii is a bit cleaner. Pixel pitch? We might conclude that, except in the bottom row the R7 is cleaner than the R10 despite a higher pixel pitch.
Pixel pitch is not directly related even with read noise. If you compare many cameras with different pixel pitches but the same tech level, it seems like there's a weak correlation. But then you have examples like bottom where the higher pixel pitch camera ends up cleaner.
tl;dr - it's not pixel pitch.
