give homeless people a throwaway cam, pay them a little cash and film a small interview.
find some that are interested in making pictures for a week and them being used. ask them a bit about their life, to tell stories about the pics they made. cut it all together and upload on youtube, sell the pics over it and give the homeless people the profits of the pics.

sure, might happen. but the cost of a one-time cam is small and worth it. also you could tell them youd pay half the money after you got the cam back
