>>3432734Fuck that.
>>3432674 is one of the best pictures Ive ever seen in this board. Precisely because its a shitty camera causing blur weird pixel colors, plus an off composition. Look at that thing again; it is very
genuine. Were it you or any standard fucker taking the pic, it would look like a pic taken from a man who does not feel the subject which he is trying to portray. It would look like a picture of a man scared to engage with the substance. A more savvy photographer could try supercloses, and that would be better- yet it would not be as it is now.
Look at how
comfortable the distance is- this man is not attempting to get death on our faces, yet he does not beckon away. There is intimacy between the subject and the object. The bad quality only adds to this- like how you would take a random blurry picture of your girlfriend- but mixing those attributes with the red and dark colors, that is precisely how it gains an aspect of creepyness. The creepyness of casually taking a blurry, unrehearsed, genuine picture of a cranium clad in vermin. This was not for anyone else. This was OP taking the pic for himself, because he likes it. He did not take it for anyone else, so he did not care for or study what anyone else thinks of photography to please them- it is all about registering the moments most dear to himself.
This is how it becomes a sensational picture- It is a man outside photography that did photography more sinister than probably any of you could, even with the same set of objects.
Wether or not you get a camera and fix your shit according to the rules, OP, is your call. My invitation is only to experiment and not become stale.
