Equipment is a lunt 40 solar telescope, solar tracking mount (skywatcher solarquest) and an ZWO asi 174 monocam.
Solar is quite expensive, but being able to set up in the middle of the day is nice, the sun is always changing which you can't say for many aspect of astrophotography (also why comets probably interest me the most for AP too, might get a star tracker)
The scope has several layers of energy rejection and only lets light of the h-alpha spectrum through, down to 0.7 angstrom (1 angstrom is 0.1nm, a good h-alpha filter has a bandpass of 3nm)
