>>3184191I really don't understand what you are implying. A telescope would need to be in ISS orbit just to get out of the atmosphere first. Then it'd need to be about as large as possible to resolve current left over trash on the moon. But, if a base was built on the moon and there were established roadways they were using, you certainly be able to see something from Earth.

>>3178480 I've enhanced it and labeled the craters. That's not a cropped image, just a terribly shitty one (high ISO, low exposure, no active tracking, & shaky hands.) Crater "Werner" is 70km/43.5miles wide. I've overlaid a section of Tampa, Florida that is about to scale give or take 5km. You'd be able to make out large buildings with a better setup than an entry level D3400. You'd certainly see their long shadows right off with just about every camera ITT.
