Stereoscopic images are BASED. There is a program that can convert your mpos and actually align them better than the 3ds called Stereo Auto Align by some Jap dude (

I carry a fuji w3 and have converted them as pic related so you can view them in 3d either by using a mirror or crossing your eyes till the two images become 1 in the middle. (

You can also create 3d images and merge them into one and save them for your 3ds with the program
