>>3444886I use the 27mm f2.8 pancake on my Fuji and there's no real downside. It doesn't have an aperture ring but I don't think there would be space for one anyway as the lens is so compact. Optics are good and sharp. The lens cap is TINY and I know I'll lose it one day. It helps that it's by far the cheapest Fuji lens you can get. Mine was £106 new so it's a good way into the Fuji system if you're a poorfag.
The Canon 40mm f2.8 pancake and the 24mm f2.8 pancake are both excellent lenses too, especially the 24mm which is arguably one of the sharpest lenses for their EF-S crop sensor cameras. I hear good things about the Pentax and Olympus pancakes too.
