I am verbally escalating any interaction with a retard who uses a flash 10 feet away from me. In fact I did that very thing the other day when some dickhead ""pro"" at a convention shot his unboxed speedlite at full power right towards me without warning. He got called a cunt at least 3 times and tried his best to slink away like a defeated faggot as I contuinued to call him out on it.
It's not about privacy itself. It's about not being an obnoxious main character faggot in a public place. An ounce of respect for other people is still de facto expected even if de jure the law protects you from being sued or whatever.
