In LR it's Edit > Preferences > Presets. You can have a global default that gets applied to everything, or set a default per camera, or let LR apply the film sim used in camera.
>>4041668Totally fine. You can still get plenty of bokeh in the right situation with those. There are definitely some situations where it's nice to have something faster, but you can usually work around the limitation. You just have to watch out for perspective distortion if you're getting close to fill the frame with wider angle, but great for environmental shots. I shoot a lot of 35mm f2.8 on FF, which matches an X100V.
