Would it be decidable for most pics? Maybe not, but stating that they are same quality is just plain false and a lie.
FF has more than a stop less noise, more dynamic range, more tonal range and higher color sensitivity.
Example, pic related. D500 (released same time as D850) is more expensive than D800 (which is 4 years older than the D500), yet the D800 trumps it in IQ easily.

Kind of shows you don't know what you are talking about, since it consistently has less noise at any ISO.
