i got one in 2012 (rabal xt) and it wasnt so bad. paid like $220 usd for it used off amazon then immediately got the 50mm 1.8, which i recommend, just toss that 18-55, seriously put that in a box somewhere and forget you even own it.
i bricked mine trying to put some sort of CHDSK or something like that. dont fuck with them, just shoot with it
