Actually maybe. A light leak with the cheap crap body cap shouldn't make the noise look worse like that. Hidden noise reduction/sharpening etc is probably standard for every manufacturer, and only applying it for your own lenses seems like it would be smart. I vaguely remember some blog that saw signs of tampering in every camera's raw files except for the fuji GFX. What if sony purposefully made third party lenses worse? Hmmmm?
I accidentally left (mild) NR on as well, here it is off with white balance exactly the same for every shot.
Someone with a nikon Z/canon EOS R pls do this and post results.
