Sure, they were technically tough and maybe I should have bracketed (sunsets where I had to pick between silhouettes or blowing the sky). AEB wasn't enough to compensate, manual bracketing would have been needed. And a tripod, of course. By the time I would have assembled the thing the photo would be gone, lost to my poor DR.
