>I think those are some reel loading marksYup, the whole emulsion is scratched off at the beginning, and also fogged.
In general, look for dark crescents/half moons on the negative (or light ones on the inverted scan). Those are a sure sign of mechanical stress to the film, i.e. creasing/wrinkling. Usually from having trouble when loading the film, or being a bit careless when unloading it from the reels.

Anyway, if you're sure that the camera has absolutely no lightleaks, maybe they messed up during loading or their tank has a lightleak.
But it looks very much like a normal lightleak, pic related a lightleak on a bronica back.
Lightleaks are tricky and might slip through even a CLA. And that's assuming a full replacement of lightseals and foam has been done, and not just a visual inspection and "looks gooding, nothing to fix".
