People keep saying that you can edit digital to make it look like film but I feel like film presets only add a layer of color and fake noise without really changing the structure of the photograph so the photograph still looks flat. Maybe its bias and often knowing the format beforhand but I feel like film photographs are almost always instantly obvious and same for digital in a negative way. Film skin tones also have this golden look to them.
