Asked in the last gear thread which is apparently kill. Trying to decide between the Tamron and the Nikon. I like the Tamron's price and VR, I like the Nikon's quality and AF. Currently shooting events and portraits, would like to get into weddings. Thoughts from those who've shot with both?
