A BIG surface area increase will likely do it.
Think heat fins on the exterior.
Something similar to pic related.
Alternatively they could use a fan and a small heat block.
I think both designs are just too undesirable to even consider.
Maybe someone will make a cooling case as a 3rd party accessory.
