I'd say there is a picture here, though not a good one, resusts are better shooting a 70year old film today, then deving immediately, versus taking a film shot 70 years ago, and deving now. It's better to shoot old film at a lower iso, i.e. if its 10 year old iso 100, shoot iso 50. You can shoot it iso 100, but then it would be best to develop it for longer. Old film loses sensitivity, so it either needs more light (lower iso) or a longer dev time.
