No. 1 always going to be Tokyo for me. I'll never get bored of it.
>>3321910I agree about Kyoto. To be honest I feel it's true for Japan in general, most people just take the same touristy shots. Kyoto is the most touristy so you see the most boring shit from there. It's definitely my least favorite place to photo in Japan from all the places I've visited there, and also as an overall experience especially in spring when it's full of tourists.

Fushimi inari is hell. I don't think I'll ever go there again if I'm in Kyoto when it's spring. If you really need to go there, take the longer and steeper climb from the side, it's so much nicer.
