>>2695706As far as books, I don't have any specific recommendations but I do recommend following photographers you admire and paying attention to what they do. The other thing is to get yourself out there as much as possible and things will come to you. I also have an eBook on photographing the plains where I cover some tips on composition on my website. I plan on expanding that book a bit this winter when things slow down and I'll be giving all previous purchasers a free copy of the revised one.
