>>4074288>Ill post an illustration when i get to it.The upper image represents the ff setup with a 100mm lens and lower is a mft setup with a sensor half the size and a 50mm lens. The aperture is in absolute terms on both of these setups identical but represented as f stops the mft setup would be half of the ff setup yet the readout P on the dotted line on the right representing the sensor is identical. Ergo the same amount of light is reaching the sensor.
