>>4271540That does appear to be a Brownie, specifically a Six-20 Target. These are commonly referred to as Brownie Box Cameras and with it being a Six-20 Target that puts this photo at least 1940.
You can see the winding handle and the window on the side in the photo. This camera shoots 620 film with was basically 120 on smaller Kodak spools because they were trying to be Jews with film formats.
