It's slightly soft in here eye region, that's where you want the focus to be perfectly nailed, it also looks like there's a slight movement blur due to camera shake, but seeing as i's 1/200th it's improbable albeit not impossible.
Due to the steep angle to the eyeglasses there's a very bad reflection in them but doesn't really matter since the second eye isn't visible either way due to the pose.
Lighting and color are nice and flattering albeit some might consider them overly "digital" (especially the greens) But it's a matter of taste.
