100% of MFT = 225mm2
200% of MFT = 864mm2
400% of MFT = 1728mm2
Full frame is exactly double the dimensions of micro four. Medium format fuji is almost double the area of full frame. So unless Canon is delving into MF and has some new sensor between a GFX and a hassy then that's not right at all. Still a good camera though.
