That's right. When editing raws, capture one lets you use film simulation as a starting point.
2012 is long fucking time for a mirrorless cameras. 4 generations of fuji cameras already passed. Sony cameras improved much from that point, so do fuji. Maybe put your hands on something fresh? You might like it, and most importantly you will update your outdated opinion so you won't make yourself look light you have never ever touched fuji camera.
