>>3522982>slightly blurryAssuming your lens is sharp it is probably bad seeing. Atmospheric disturbance can kill an image. If stars are "twinkling" the seeing won't be good. It could be a localized heat source.A plume of warm air rising from a chimney or extractor vent. That type of thing can destroy resolution.
Try to shoot the Moon when it's highest in the sky and away from buildings. A roof can get quite hot during the day and will give off a lot of heat relative to the colder air in the nigh time.
Shooting the Moon when it's close to the horizon can be good tho. You'll loose resolution but gain foreground interest (trees, buildings etc).
