The Fuji is CLEARLY superior as far as noise goes, but the little EM10 is also CLEARLY sharper with slightly better color reproduction and detail recovery than the X-T2, which was a $1300 camera body when I bought it new.
I really think you're overplaying your hand here, the OMD's are really wonderful little cameras even with their noise issues, which, again, can be trivially mitigated with just a tiny bit of high-pass filtering.
