What should I be looking for in a tripod?
I had a cheap $50 one I got from a big-box electronics store, but that recently got blown off a cliff and swept away by the ocean, so I'm in the market for a real tripod. I've looked at some, and the Manfrotto 294 seems to be alright, but I really have no idea what the hell to look for in a tripod. If it helps, I have a D3200, and try to shoot landscapes and a little bit of astrophotography.
