Here is another one that I played around with on my desktop (only program I currently have is pinta, will install gimp soon I guess). I will upload a negative after this.
When taking pics of your negatives you are limited by the camera you are taking pics of it with, as I stated I do not own (or care to own) a DSLR, are there any good quality scanners you can buy to scan negatives? I know everyone seems to just take pics of them but given my situation it doesnt really seem like the best route.
