I can cop a like new (barely used, in box) Tamron 150-600mm lens for $800. Should I do it? I only have a 70-300mm kit lens and feel like I could just be a little closer sometimes when birding or whatnot. I could also trawl ebay for cool telephotos. I have a d3400, for reference, and a d850 that I'm kind of afraid to use yet until I get better.
