I am buying too much into DSLR is dead meme and for someone who has not done much if any video at all I doubt the difference will matter in the long run and when it does then I can upgrade. Worst case scenario can always still flip this T7i body for at least 550-600 bucks, keep the lenses and buy a m50 or other Canon mirrorless when it comes on sale without taking much of a hit.
